To check open the glove box and on the right side of the fuse box search for the power cable wiggle it around see of u get electrics if so then thats the cause. My problem is fixed now. it was exactly what SHATX said it was. printed off those bulletins and took them to bmw and they fixed it all. It was the main wire that runs from the battery to the fuse box.
